The Service is a tool that executes trades based on user-defined parameters. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. No profit or return is guaranteed.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and the configuration of your bot parameters.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your exchange API keys and account credentials.
• We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice of any kind.

4. No Liability for Losses

Easy Grid Bot shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of using the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from:

• Trading losses resulting from market movements, volatility, or unfavorable conditions.
• Software errors, bugs, malfunctions, or unexpected behavior of the bot.
• API connection failures, exchange downtime, or latency issues.
• Incorrect or unintended bot configurations set by the user.
• Exchange-side errors, order rejections, liquidations, or account restrictions.
• Unauthorized access to your account or API keys.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You agree that you will not seek compensation, reimbursement, or damages from Easy Grid Bot or its operators for any losses whatsoever.

5. Software Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The bot will execute all trades as expected under all market conditions.
• Any defects or errors in the software will be corrected.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

6. Rewards Program

Easy Grid Bot may offer a rewards program that provides incentives based on trading volume. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in the rewards program is a privilege, not a right.
• We reserve the right to deny, withhold, suspend, or revoke any reward payments at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• We reserve the right to modify reward rates, tiers, eligibility requirements, minimum withdrawal amounts, and any other aspect of the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
• Reward balances are not guaranteed and do not constitute a debt, obligation, or promise of payment.
• We may terminate the rewards program entirely at any time without compensation to participants.
• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the rewards program may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

7. Account and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and exchange API keys. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use API keys with appropriate permissions and restrictions (e.g., IP whitelisting, no withdrawal permissions).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the rewards program or any other feature.
• Use the Service in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair its operation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Grid Bot and its operators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
