- Account information: Email address, username, and hashed password when you register.
- API credentials: Your exchange API keys and secrets (Bybit, Binance, KuCoin), which are encrypted with AES-256 before storage.
- Trading data: Records of trades executed by the bot, including pair, price, quantity, and timestamps.
- Usage data: Bot configurations, preferences, and interaction with the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Authenticate your account and provide access to the platform.
- Execute trades on your behalf through the Bybit, Binance, and KuCoin APIs.
- Display your trading analytics, performance metrics, and reward balance.
- Send transactional emails (password resets, reward notifications).
- Improve the platform and fix bugs.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. API Key Security
Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256 encryption and are never stored in plain text. They are only decrypted at the moment of placing a trade and are never exposed in logs, API responses, or to other users.
We recommend that you:
- Only grant trade permissions to your API keys (not withdrawal).
- Use IP whitelisting on your exchange where possible.
- Regularly rotate your API keys.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your account data and trading history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and API keys will be permanently removed. Aggregated, anonymized trading statistics may be retained for analytics.
5. Cookies
EasyGridBot uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage for authentication (JWT token). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform connects to the following third-party services:
- Exchange APIs (Bybit, Binance, KuCoin): To execute trades and retrieve market data. Your API credentials are sent directly to the exchange servers over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Email service: To send password reset and notification emails.
We do not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking services.
7. Children's Privacy
EasyGridBot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
